Since its inception, AMC Group has enrolled in a Quality procedure leading to ISO 9001 Certification. Our administrative branch, three stations and Map Logistic are so far certified ISO 9001 version 2008 by the Bureau Veritas Certification organism.

All the other stations function according to the ISO 9001 principles and are working towards a global certification.  The establishment of this procedure underlines our Management’s wish to attain a recognised standard of rigour and quality of service.

AMC Group’s Quality policy is a management tool adhered to by management and agents alike.  It is the guarantee of an indisputable level of rigour and quality.

Different tools to comply with certification and the control of our Quality policy:
  • Management of skills,
  •  Documentary management,
  • Audits,
  • Control of sub-contractors,
  • JAR OPS1 and EU OPS, for application of Safety and Security methods .

This Quality policy was born with AMC Group. The Group’s values were visible from the start.

IN the continuity of this commitment, and following the recent integration of different companies to complete our panel of airport services, our Quality policy is opening up to new horizons.
