Training policy


Staff training:
Training for ground handling agents is of the utmost importance for AMC Group.  In 1999 we formed a training organism specialised in the different ground handling professions, with Ministerial approval on 24th May 2000 under number 930 604 779 06. This organism is called: MAP Training.

MAP Training allows us to guarantee the best level of competence for all our employees.  In 2006 an “Expert, Trainer, Air Transport Evaluator” was employed and the Civil Aviation Authority granted approval for the certification, audit and control of all training courses, procedures and Security processes dispensed within AMC Group.

Before taking up their post, the staff of AMC Group’s subsidiaries receive the obligatory training courses (ramp safety, ramp driving license, security awareness, initial security training directly related to the agent’s post, transport of dangerous goods, fire prevention, first aid) as well as the specific training courses for each profession in the Group.
